My Practical Recipes for My Children

Our world is going through difficult times. How are your days at home? How is your relationship with the kitchen?
Do you feel like a chef these days, creating separate menus for each member of the family? With apologies, thinking more about my children and doing some work for you mothers, I have prepared healthy and practical recipes in today's article that you can use during snacks. I think that eating should be a pleasure for our babies and children as much as it is for adults.
I hope our mothers prepare it with love and our babies enjoy it.

YOGURT

After the milk starts to boil, boil it for about 10 more minutes and pour it into the container to make yoghurt. As you may remember from my previous articles, you can use goat's milk since cow's milk may be allergenic for babies under 1 year old. You can also use stored breast milk or formula if you have it to begin with. After the milk has cooled, you can mix the yoghurt starter with the warm milk in a bowl and slowly add it to the milk you will make yoghurt and leave it to ferment for 4-6 hours without moving it. If you add probiotic supplements while mixing the yoghurt starter with warm milk, you will strengthen your yoghurt.
Although it is preferable to enjoy different tastes of each food, if you cannot make yourself like yoghurt, you can sweeten it with fruits or honey.
