Consume only liquids for the first 4 days, and prefer these liquids to be high in protein and sugar-free. You should sip sips of beverages such as milk/ayran/kefir/broth and chicken broth soup with high protein content once every 2-3 hours. Avoid caffeine, soda, soda and citrus fruits. Remember to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
1-4 DAYS AFTER THE OPERATION
FULL LIQUID DIET

For 4 days after the operation

To prevent nausea and vomiting, drink fluids slowly. You can drink half a tea glass (60 ml) at each meal or more protein source liquid if you can tolerate it within 30 minutes. You don't have to finish them all. stop when you feel full!

Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water or low-calorie and high-protein drinks at the same time.

Avoid carbohydrates, caffeine, and citrus fruits. Decaffeinated coffee can be consumed.

The liquids you consume should be at room temperature.

Take care to consume water in between meals.

DAY 5 AND AFTER THE OPERATION
You can slow add more viscous foods 4 days after the operation. Blend all foods to baby food consistency for the next 1 week.

At this stage, you can continue with a full liquid diet with added nutrients.

It is very important to avoid clogging. Try consuming 1-2 tablespoons of food per hour to see tolerance. Each meal should consist of 2-4 tablespoons.

You can easily consume vegetable purees. (pumpkin-carrot-potato-spinach-peas).

Keep your hydration status normal. Consume 6-8 glasses of water between meals.

Track the type and amount of protein you get each day.

Water and other liquids should be taken 30 minutes before or after meals, not with meals. Solid and liquid intake should not be at the same time.

Or Menemen (without spice) prepared with 2-3 tablespoons of oil-free skinless tomatoes
