If you've started dieting at the beginning of the week, it's a good day to let/drop/forget the midweek diet. It can be a day, a week, a month, or even a year after you step into the diet process. You may have just started and could not trust your will, you may have been going on for a long time and got bored, you could be on the wrong path. I wonder which of these you are. But the saddest group is those who think they are on the right path in the category of being on the wrong track and are sad that they are on the right path.
If you are in this group, your diet plan is actually not suitable for you.
If it's a near-miraculous plan that you believe will make you lose weight very well, don't worry, it's better to leave it here.
If you're just starting out,
If you have a plan prepared by an expert, taking into account all of your biochemical, physiological, psychological and environmental parameters, and only if you think it's not the right time
THERE IS NO PERFECT TIME TO START A NEW BUSINESS.
If we're coming from a long way, if we can't play the stopped caliber, we'll accept it first. It could be. WE ARE NOT A MACHINE. We may not always see the fruits of our labor on the scale. We may not be able to break the resistance on the scale while we see the benefit that week on many parameters that affect our health. But there is no unbreakable resistance, keep rowing away from the thought that I can't do it without despair. Even though the ship seems to be standing in the same place to you, you move forward every time you row.
The struggle of each individual on this path is so similar and so different. It's not always easy to keep going, the struggle is always the hard one. If you are continuing, it means you have started, it is good that you have found this power in yourself. Believe me, you have the strength to continue!
