2 eggs

1 medium ripe persimmon or 1 large banana

10 medium sized medina dates

2/3 tea glass of molasses

1 tea glass of milk

Half a tea glass of olive oil

1 teaspoon of cocoa

1.5 packets of baking powder

About 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour

1 tea glass of walnuts + oatmeal mixture for decoration

 

PREPARATION

Soak the pitted medina dates in hot water for 5 minutes. After peeling the persimmon or banana, mash it with a fork. Add the Medina dates soaked in hot water to the molasses mixture and blend them in the blender. Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. After beating the yolks in a bowl with a mixer, add the whites and beat some more. Add the molasses+date mixture, which will give it a sweet taste, to the eggs and mix once more. Add milk and oil and mix with a mixer without beating. We add flour, cocoa and baking powder and beat with a mixer until it reaches consistency. We pour our mixture into a square baking dish or baking tray lined with baking paper. After distributing it evenly, we decorate it with the walnut and oat mixture. Let's bake it in the oven at 175 degrees for 35-40 minutes. After 35-40 minutes, you can open your oven and check whether it is cooked with a toothpick...
