We have become overly sensitive towards our bodies, haven't we? We are in the days when we realize the importance of not only physiological health but also mental health. We are at home, trying to live a life without going outside. We are at home, we are inside, we are within ourselves... Everything seems to become more difficult as one turns inward. I think that's why we always had to open up to the outside world. As long as we remain within the human being and do not turn to the outside, it is as if all our senses remind us of ourselves, down to every detail. Sensitivity to the body. Anxiety and worry have increased, if I have a slight throat ache, I worry about whether I have caught a virus, while I am disguised as I am, if I have a slight pain in another part of my body or if I feel tired, I feel like I have caught a virus.
Human perception is an important thing, delicate thing. As we turn inward and constantly feel pressure from outside, anxiety increases, the feelings in the body increase, the more we feel the body, the more anxiety increases, and as the anxiety increases, the body becomes more intense. Eventually the body gets really sick. I think it's like this: a person doesn't normally feel his ear, but when he feels pain in his ear, he feels his ear, because he is directed there, and the more he directs his ear, the more severe the pain becomes.
Isn't it so important that everything is balanced and adequate? Being inside and outside enough. Like our life. Being inside enough and being outside enough, enough anxiety and enough comfort, enough internalization and enough externalization. We must be able to protect ourselves in this period when we are very internalized and at home. What we mean by protecting ourselves is to produce and start production after listening to ourselves sufficiently. It is important to be able to put what you want to do into action and reality rather than just thinking about it, from time to time, on days when you wish this had not happened today, that had not happened today, or if it had not been for work, you would have done this at home. Saying that you will do this today at home and doing only that thing will create a greater sense of satisfaction in you. During this period, you can listen to pleasant music, do yoga, knit, clean the closet, do a puzzle, choose pictures for the album, read books, exercise at home, especially write something at home, draw or do whatever you want in the kitchen, so that producing always brings joy to a person's soul. One of the special ones. What I love doing most is being able to produce something in the kitchen. It has the effect that I both produce and feed and can nourish. And I try to produce something by cooking in the kitchen where I enjoy it most, sometimes I try to read and write something, I try to produce by writing so that you too can be nourished. There is definitely something that everyone can produce. Of course, producing is not just about these classic things, whatever comes to your mind. Don't say you are bored at home because home is the first place we belong. There are tons of things to do, it's time to produce and produce. We must produce as much as the virus produces itself. To stop the virus, to stop us getting too internal. To be able to open up. To produce more. We hope that this virus will leave our lives as soon as possible and healthy days will return to our lives.. #stayhome
