The most important answer to the question of why thinking is so important is that thoughts actually have the power of creation. I'm not just talking about a spiritual or spiritual concept; the power of thought to create can now be observed both physically and psychologically.

When you constantly think of negative things, these thoughts and the emotions they create lead to certain behavior patterns, and these behaviors cause certain creations. is happening. For example, if your thoughts about dogs are intense and positive, you get a dog. If you keep thinking that being angry is bad and dangerous, you turn the anger on yourself and create depression by leaving yourself without energy with feelings of guilt and worthlessness.
