Have you tried theater to solve your problems? No, this time I'm not talking about watching. I'm talking about acting.

Psychodrama It is a psychotherapy method based on spontaneity, improvisation and creativity that combines theater techniques with mental health services.

Psychodrama developed by Zerko Moreno. It is a "protagonist-centered" form of play that involves emotional problem solving.

According to Moreno, every truth experienced for the second time is salvation from the first. If we experience a truth for the second time, we can take this reality under control. .So the events we experience for the first time can control us. However, if we experience this for the second time in the psychodrama scene, these events lose their destructive effect and we can now control them.

What is the use of psychodrama?

Psychodrama consists of 3 stages:

In psychodrama, the person who brings a personal issue/problem to the group and brings it to life on stage is called the protagonist (protagonist). The protagonist is the pivotal person of the game on whom the attention of the group and the manager is focused. During the game, all members stand ready to help the protagonist. The protagonist is the one who asks the group members to The person taking a role is called supporting actor. During the play, the director talks to the protagonist on a walk-like walk and determines the scene to be worked on. He applies techniques to solve the problem by making various interventions. The aim is to provide the necessary catharsis and to integrate the person by gaining insight and get rid of the problem.

After the game, the feedback and feelings of the group members are shared. They express their associations about the protagonist's problem and their own issues. (Interestingly, the roles taken touch a point in the person himself, the tele relationship.☺
