Every person will definitely suffer from some diseases in various types and degrees at some point in their life. This is an indispensable aspect of life. Many factors may be involved in the formation of diseases. In addition to the effects of genetic and environmental factors, psychological conditions are also a major factor in the occurrence of physical diseases. Psychological reasons determine a significant proportion of these disorders that occur in the body. Physical diseases that occur with psychological foundations are called 'psychosomatic disorders'.
The basis of diseases are emotions that have been accumulated in the body since childhood and cannot be expressed. It is thought that failure to expel emotions that have not been expressed and whose energy has constantly accumulated and grown in a healthy way returns to the body as somatic disorders.
In other words, bad energy (bad emotion) that cannot be expelled through emotional discharge and expression spreads to the body and causes discharge.
For example; • bladder infections = anger
• cancer = a consuming situation and a death wish • cholesterol = blocked happiness
• throat diseases = not wanting to express something
• heart diseases = long-term It represents different emotions: age,
• back pain = feeling unsupported in life or fear of losing support,
and many other disorders (migraine, headache, joint pain, allergy, rheumatism, asthma).
In addition, when a person does not receive enough love, value and attention from those around him, he can become sick, and when he is sick, he feels better as he receives attention and support from those around him. This cycle penetrates into the psychological structure and the person thinks that he is valuable only when he gets sick. For this reason, when the feeling of worthlessness comes, they become sick as a defense against this feeling.
People can also become 'sick' to avoid responsibilities. When it is necessary to activate self-activation (a challenging task at work, starting a project assigned as school homework, etc.), the subconscious mind makes the person sick and protects the person against the bad feelings brought by responsibility.
