Our emotions are feelings that enable us to adapt to environmental expectations and direct us to a behavior, but
we can decide what the behavior is. Such as fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, joy...
Anger is one of them.
It is natural to get angry; As long as it does not get out of control and becomes a destructive emotion, as long as it does not spoil our relationships with other people and our business life, and as long as we can control and manage it.
Anger has a wide range of emotions, ranging from a mild tension to a destructive explosion. It can occur within a range.
When we get angry, some physiological changes occur in our body, just like other emotions
; Heart rate and blood pressure increase, and blood levels of adrenaline and
noradrenaline, which can also be called energy and excitement substances, increase.
Actually, anger is a secondary emotion. Usually, underlying emotions and thoughts such as jealousy, loneliness, not being understood, being ignored,
injustice, worthlessness, shame, rejection, sadness, helplessness, failure, being disliked, being excluded.
Anger develops later depending on these.

The resulting anger must be expressed somehow. However, it is known that anger that is not expressed appropriately leads to deterioration of physical
health (headaches, circulation problems, stomach problems, risk of heart attack, etc.) and emotional
problems (anxiety, depression, etc.).
Gaining the skill of expressing anger correctly is called "anger management". The aim here is; It is gaining the ability to express one's emotions in a way that is non-aggressive, non-violent, and does not harm oneself or those around oneself. There are many methods used to control anger.
Some of these are:
• Relaxation
• Cognitive restructuring (changing the way of thinking)
• Improving problem solving skills
• Improving communication skills
• Small precautions; These are methods such as changing the environment.
A life without anger is not possible. Despite all our efforts, some things can cause us to become rightfully
angry. Life will be filled with disappointment, pain, loss, and the unpredictable
actions of other people. These we cannot change it, but we can try to prevent these events from affecting us
with some methods.
