Why and How Do Panic Attacks Occur?

Dear readers, today I would like to raise awareness by telling you about the process of panic attacks. First of all, I must emphasize that our mind produces hundreds of thoughts that we are not aware of at every moment, and even if we are not aware of it, these thoughts affect every cell or chemical reaction in our body. A slight dizziness, chest pain or numbness due to micro-physical contractions and reactions that start due to a negative thought that unconsciously appears in the mind (for example, I must be strong at all times and under all circumstances!) may be a trigger. Or perhaps a slight palpitation due to too much coffee or a slight dizziness due to waking up suddenly begins to increase negative thoughts; Then, due to the fear, the breath is held unconsciously and the balance of carbon dioxide, oxygen and calcium is disrupted, and a state of numbness, alienation or fear in the body is added to the picture. What I mean to say is that thoughts, beliefs or personality-related structures that you are not aware of turn into physical symptoms. Since the person is often unaware of the triggering psychological situation, he/she applies to branches such as internal medicine, neurology and emergency services. The condition settles and becomes chronic due to the stress created by the examinations performed in this process and the waiting period. Medications started without psychotherapy only suppress the situation temporarily, and since awareness does not occur, the effect of the medication is limited and insufficient. The picture may recur when the drug is stopped. Dear readers, panic attack is a condition that often occurs for unknown reasons, and is completely resolved when awareness is raised and a few vital adjustments are made. I will give information about his treatment in my next article. I wish you all happy days without any problems.
