HORMONAL DISORDERS
Secretion of hormones at optimal levels is essential for body functions. Body functions are negatively affected by both the deficiency and the excess of these hormones. The secretion of hormones may be impaired or may show physiological changes due to conditions such as age, pregnancy, stress, medications used, operations performed.
WHEN SHOULD HORMONAL DISORDER be SUSPECT
If individuals have one or more of the following conditions;

Sometimes these hormonal disorders can be found together with some other diseases and disorders during the developmental stage and childhood. These hormonal disorders may be accompanied by structural disorders such as visual and hearing disorders and skeletal abnormalities.
Hormone deficiencies in adulthood; It may occur due to infiltrative diseases of hormone-secreting organs, tumors, postpartum bleeding, radiation therapy, certain chemicals or drugs used, or infections. Likewise, excessive development of hormone-secreting organs and tumors may also cause hormone elevations.
The tests to be performed for these diseases are expensive tests, and laboratory tests should be used if necessary after the necessary evaluation and examination by physicians on this subject. Indiscriminate screening tests will cause you to pay a large amount of money unnecessarily and cause confusion.
