To prevent our sweet cravings during Ramadan, we should choose healthy recipes that we make ourselves. Dried Fruit Oat Balls:

Ingredients:

-5 per day dried apricots

-6 dried dates

-1/2 cup of oatmeal

-2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to make ?

First, separate the seeds of the dates and place them in a bowl with the dried apricots. Add hot water to it to soften it a little and let it sit in the water for about 10 minutes. Remove the softened apricots and dates from the water and dry them well. Put the dates and apricots into the blender and crush them thoroughly. Then add oatmeal and cinnamon. Chia seeds will absorb the milk and form a gel consistency. Take out the thickened pudding, add honey/molasses and vanilla extract and mix well.
