Panic Attack Drug-Free Treatment

Hello all of you, is there a disease called panic attack disease? Are you unhappy because you are experiencing panic attacks? Or did your unhappiness or life strategies cause the panic attack?

As I mentioned in my previous articles, panic attacks are not actually a disease, but a result. So when you do something wrong, it comes and warns you. If you receive this warning and do not notice and change the things you have done wrong in your life, your panic attack will often not go away or will ease but continue.

Here are the awareness suggestions I have listed to raise awareness in you;

Overthinking, over-sensitivity, counter-focused lifestyle, carrying more spiritual or material burden than you can carry, not taking time for yourself, not taking breaks are the most important panic attack triggers I see. Please change these factors. If you can't change it, soften it and turn the needle in your favor.

Rectify the balance of give and take in every relationship you have with the environment (including your loved ones). Those who experience panic attacks often think that they have to remain in the giving position at all times.

 

The panic attack cycle always begins with a negative thought; Therefore, pay attention to what you think and remove thoughts, situations or people from your life that make you feel negative. Negative thoughts come to everyone, but the difference between people with panic attacks is that they are driven by these thoughts.

In the second stage of a panic attack, the person unconsciously holds his breath and contracts his muscles. This sometimes lasts for hours and chemically disrupts the balance of calcium and carbon dioxide, causing classic symptoms to appear (dizziness, palpitations, numbness, nausea, alienation, etc.). For this reason, everyone who has a panic attack must learn effective meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques.

Going out into nature, doing sports, being with friends who make you feel good, vacation, and exchanging love are all natural meditation methods. Try to increase these in your life.

Dear readers, it is almost impossible to get rid of this situation by using only medication while living a stressful, break-free life without focusing on the basic awareness I have listed above. This situation continues with temporary improvements and a fluctuating course. If you want to turn off the alarm, you need to know what set off the alarm. You must realize that it does. Medications can of course be used additionally in special cases where necessary. However, psychotherapy must be added to medications.
