Sexual Therapy ;
It is a treatment modality that takes about 10 sessions and requires the participation of the couple together. Sex therapy is a behavioral therapy model. Following the evaluation of the couple, the process proceeds with homework and the therapist manages the process according to the interviews with the couple.
Glans Penis Augmentation;
It is an interventional procedure performed in a single session under local anesthesia in office conditions. It has no known major side effects. Hyoluronic acid is generally used as a filling material, instead it can be used as a filling material in autologous adipose tissue obtained from the person. Recovery after the procedure may take about 2 weeks.
SSRI derivative drugs;
In a method using a licensed SSRI (dapoxetine) for the day-to-day symptom treatment. The drug is taken 3 hours before intercourse. It has approximately 12 hours of activity. In studies, its effectiveness has been determined to increase the ejaculation time up to 3 times in 60% of the patients. It is a difficult method to recommend for relationships such as long-term marriage and is not preferred.
Topical Anesthetic Sprays and Creams;
Glans penis is anesthetized for short-term symptom relief, preventing the person from getting pleasure and prolonging the ejaculation time. It should be applied to the head of the penis 20 minutes before intercourse. It is a method that we do not recommend because it can cause a skin reaction on the peins head and cause erection problems.
