This process reduces the pressure that will cause the fissure and allows it to heal. Undoubtedly, the best treatment is prevention. A high-fibre, whole-wheat diet is the most important as it causes regular bowel movements and ensures comfortable defecation. filled swelling) usually occurs as a result of the blockage of the glands in the anal canal, whose mouths open into the anus. The resulting abscesses open to a place in the hindgut or to the skin around the anus in order to drain spontaneously after a while. This type of tunnel opening is called "fistula". Anal fistulas almost always occur as a result of an anal abscess.
SYMPTOMS:
An anal abscess causes swelling adjacent to the anal canal and significant discomfort. Severe pain and fever may occur. In anal fistula, the blood draining from the anal canal to the external mouth of the fistula (usually the skin around the anus) liquid is available. For this reason, a slight amount of discharge (a foul-smelling yellow-brown discharge) that increases in quantity from time to time is observed.
TREATMENT:
The treatment of abscess is surgical drainage. After the abscess is drained, a fistula will form in 50% of people after a few weeks (sometimes after a few months or years). The treatment of fistula is surgery.
