Sugar Awareness

Diabetes is a disease popularly known as diabetes. Diabetes is not a disease that can occur suddenly. If you are overweight and consume unbalanced and frequent foods that we call carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, fruit, pastries, sugar and sugar-containing foods, etc.) in your daily diet, this indicates that you are a candidate for diabetes.

Before you become a diabetic, you definitely have leading diseases such as insulin resistance, low sugar (hypoglycemia), and prediabetes, which are common conditions. So should I be afraid of these diseases? Of course the answer is: No! You should just leave the job to the expert and then become an expert by taking nutrition training.

Rather than defining diabetes as a disease, you should consider it as a playful child within you that is constantly trying to direct you towards the negative. You need to know that if you get along well with this child, he will make you live a long time, and if you get along badly with him, he will make you crawl rather than kill you.

The playful kid inside you is always telling you things like, 'You should eat sweets, I can never get enough,' right? This is very normal because diabetics constantly experience cellular starvation due to their metabolism.

If I had to give an example; Earlier in the day, you chose a breakfast with poor nutritional content, without consuming our traditional breakfast of cheese, eggs, bread, olives and tea. So you only ate bagels or pastries, with another example; As soon as you woke up in the morning, you didn't feel like having breakfast, but the dessert left over from your evening guests caught your eye and you went and ate it with pleasure. You need to know that you will be hungry in very short periods of time that day. And remember that every time you get hungry, you will especially want something sweet. There is only one reason for this. Your cells are very hungry! This is exactly how a diabetic's life goes.

The solution is actually very easy. You just need to be the trainer of your body, you need to give that child inside you a good education. You need to listen to your body's needs. You also need to pay more attention to your liver, which is the body's factory. You need to learn to plan this with nature and nutrients, not with medicine.
