Inner lip reduction (labioplasty): It is the most frequently performed genital aesthetic surgery procedure. The inner lips protruding beyond the outer lip not only causes hygiene problems for the patient but also creates appearance problems. The length and width of the inner lips are reduced together. This procedure can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation. The stitches fall out after approximately 3 weeks. During this period, attention should be paid to cleanliness. During the 3-week period, sexual intercourse should be avoided and the sea and pool should not be entered. In this surgery, complete cutting (amputation) should not be done and the procedure should be performed by preserving the integrity of the outer edge.
Vaginal tightening (vaginoplasty): Vaginal wall enlargement usually occurs in older women, in women who have given birth to multiple births, and for some congenital reasons. The operation is completed with threads that can be removed from the lower wall of the vagina. The procedure can usually be performed with sedation.
Pubic size: The size of the groin area under the abdomen creates visual distress for our patients. The appearance of that area is changed by tissue removal from the pubic area and transcendental procedures.
Outer lip (labia major) augmentation: By enlarging this area with the patient's own fat or externally applied filling materials, both the inner lips are covered and the irregularities in the groin area are covered. can be removed.
The methods applied to male patients are penis lengthening and thickening procedures.
Penis lengthening (suspension ligament release): The excessive ligament of the penis is released through an incision made on the upper part of the penis. An initial extension of approximately 1-2 cm can be achieved. Patients are advised to abstain for approximately 3 weeks.
The penis becomes thicker. Irma: It is usually done together with the lengthening procedure. Thickening can be achieved by administering fat taken from the patients' abdominal area under the skin of the penis. Liposuction is also performed on patients with swelling in the pubic area, providing a flatter appearance. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and sexual abstinence for approximately 3 weeks is recommended.
