If you feel that you will be deprived of everything when you say diet, then you have always been in the wrong understanding of diet. If we do not see the diet as a list of prohibitions and accept that it is a sustainable diet, our work will actually become easier and permanent. And most importantly, it will be a pleasant process.
Diet literally; It means regular nutrition applied to protect or restore health. In fact, it is not a situation that is broken, left or interrupted. First of all, it is necessary to change this perspective. Otherwise, there will be a process in which we do not enjoy and even torture ourselves.
There may be healthy foods in our diet as well as foods that we do not consider healthy, but the most important point here is to control the portion-frequency-consumption time of such foods. If we include such foods in our diet from time to time, we will not feel regret when we consume it, we will not turn to completely unhealthy foods by thinking that we have spoiled our diet and saying that the sunk fish will go wrong. We say that these are also a part of my diet, I will continue where I left off, and we can turn to healthy foods again. The important thing is to be aware of it. It is impossible to create this awareness all at once. Of course, we need to give ourselves time.
If we do the diet, that is, healthy eating, only for the purpose of losing weight, this process will not be permanent and weight gain can be achieved quickly after reaching the target weight. However, if we set our goal as leading a healthy life and taking good care of ourselves, then we will achieve a permanent result. After all, we will not be healthy because we ate a salad one day, and we will not be unhealthy because we ate a hamburger one day. Because we know that there is no end to healthy eating and the important thing is to establish a balance. It is very important to establish a balance in diet as in life.
