It is absolutely necessary to get up for sahur in order to be productive between 10.00-16.00. However, there may be people who get up for sahur and still start to experience the mentioned problems from the early hours of the day. There are various reasons for this. He may not be able to drink enough water. He may be consuming insufficient water. Or he may have a metabolic disorder such as reactive hypoglycemia or insulin resistance. He may or may not know this condition. In addition, there are serious changes in the productive hours determined for working in diabetic individuals. Therefore, especially diabetic, insulin resistance We do not recommend that individuals with reactive hypoglycemia fast.
Blood sugar drops too much in the hours close to iftar. Since the body's electrolyte balance (sodium, potassium, chlorine imbalance) is disrupted due to not drinking water throughout the day, sleep and fatigue increase. The most suitable hours for preparing a very important project and being productive during Ramadan are between 10:00-15:00.
During Ramadan, you need to get energy according to your daily activity amount. If you work in a desk job in the office, less energy is required and your productive time period becomes longer. If you work in a job that is more intense and requires activity, you need to get more energy and your productive working hour period will narrow.
