KETOGENIC CABBAGE SALAD
300 GR cabbage
½ lemon juice
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 pinch of fennel or coriander seeds
A little black pepper
House vinegar optional
Preparation:
Chop the cabbage finely and rub it a little with salt. Wait for 10 minutes and mix the other ingredients.

KETOGENIC GRILLED VEGETABLES
2 eggplant
p>2 green peppers (large)
1 capia pepper
Optional small hot peppers
2 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
½ bunch of fresh parsley
Preparation:
Remove the seeds of the peppers and cut them in half. Cut the eggplants in half and bake them on baking paper in the oven for half an hour. After they have cooled, peel them and chop them with a knife.
Mix crushed garlic, chopped parsley and other ingredients, mix them with grilled vegetables and let them rest, the flavors will go together better.
