A person who masters his own cognitive map or is aware of his own schemas has the power to guide himself through dark or dangerous turns on his own life path. It can reflect the light it needs from its essence.

However, when you do not know or cannot know, the possibility of harm may increase.

 

Especially; Individuals with a strong tendency to feel guilty, excessively self-sacrificing, 

tend to be dependent, 

high need for social approval and belongingness are vulnerable to violation by other individuals who recognize this pattern and know how to use it.

However, these individuals, who have a pattern of feeling valuable by manipulating the values ​​and emotions of others and are prone to be manipulated by individuals who can only experience emotions superficially and therefore cannot establish deep relationships, are suddenly affected (in their words, distorted). We can explain it by triggering chemistry.

Remember and evaluate this information as an alternative thought before being drawn towards these manipulative individuals or automatically taking action with your pattern; It will provide you with the opportunity to keep your emotions at a reasonable level and move towards healthy behavior, without getting caught up in a cycle.

When done repeatedly, these practices will eventually lead to mastery.
