Advice for Young People Preparing for Exams

BEFORE THE EXAM

Since there is no such thing as not thinking about the exam, suggestions such as "stop worrying, don't get excited" made by some experts cannot be said to be realistic. Instead, you can resort to perceptual games on your own.

Remove the word exam from both your language and your mental perception. Instead of the word “exam” place the word “game”. You can use the phrase "I will make a great game, I am a good player." in your speeches and thoughts.

Whatever you do in the trial exams, you will do the same when that day comes. Condition your subconscious that you will not do anything different from your previous attempts when it is game time (!) .

Take some of your practice exams in noisy environments. Even turn on a distracting TV channel or music and learn to become desensitized to these sounds by focusing on the test you are solving.

(Students who are affected by sound have thus developed their attention muscles. (They will be)

Determine the number of correct answers and your answers that you can do under normal conditions from each lesson and hang it in the study room and make a fiction as if the exam results have been published and your truths match the truths here. Repeat this fiction out loud every day.

(When you show your subconscious the right target, it will take care of the details)

See the building, classroom and desk where you will take the exam and take multiple photographs. Hang these photos in your room. Take a selfie while sitting in line. Thus, you will begin to perceive these places as if they were places you always go in and out of, and when you enter that environment, you will feel like you already know the place very well. This will make the exam pass more easily.

Going to sleep in a good mood will ensure that your night's sleep is productive and that you wake up in the same good mood in the morning. It will be very beneficial for you to sleep by listening to a specially prepared audio recording as if you were listening to a lullaby.

Doing what you will do for the exam only on the morning of the exam; Since you are not used to this order beforehand, it may have a negative effect. Since you will spend time practicing until the morning of the exam, consider the preparations we recommend every day. It would be better to start doing it as soon as possible.
