4-12 Months:

3-6 years:

7-12 years:

The daily sleep time of children in this age group is 10-11 hours. Academic responsibilities, social activities, and habits such as computers, TV, and the Internet take up a large portion of their time. This can lead to sleep problems. There is 10-11 hours of sleep. However, at the same time, school (homework), sports and social activities are important parts of students' time.
