Nutrition Trends of 2020

 

1) 2020 will again focus more on sustainable nutrition. We will leave aside the calorie diet lists that can be made periodically in the nutrition programs we follow as humans and make adjustments in nutrition and lifestyle. We will also care about sustainable nutrition for our world. We will aim to consume enough and reduce waste.

 

2) Apitherapy practice, that is, using products such as bee pollen and royal jelly to protect health and use in diseases (such as infection and cancer), will become widespread. .

 

3) We will be introduced to the concept of intuitive nutrition. The diets we have heard so far are no longer preferred or recommended. The best diet is a sustainable diet that suits the person's lifestyle. Intuitive eating; It aims to make nutrition more enjoyable in our lives.

 

4) The use of collagen became widespread last year, and the interest in collagen will continue in 2020. However, bone broth and dishes made with bone broth will be more preferred.

 

5) Natural products will replace supplements. We will get to know foods that are new to us, such as winter cherry, Indian ginseng, rodyola, bacopa, cordyceps mushroom and schisandra grape.
