Outside of their comfort zone, individuals feel insecure and are always on the alert. Closes himself to new experiences. When you first leave this area where you feel comfortable, the area of ​​fear follows it. However, individuals who succeed in getting out of the field of fear can switch to the field of learning and growth in order to progress. Developing and progressing is achieved by going over the fears, that is, by getting out of the comfort zone.
