When advertising, marketing and social media posts come into play, people who do not consume quinoa begin to feel incomplete, as if they are missing something very important. This is the feature of popular foods. They gain fame for a while, then they are forgotten. It's like the golden strawberry, which made a name for itself 5-6 years ago, is not talked about at all now. If golden strawberries were a miracle for health and the only remedy for losing weight, as shown, there would be no one left in the world with weight and health problems. I believe that quinoa will be forgotten after a few years. Well, let's see what are the properties of quinoa, which is so much talked about and consumed, and whether it is really a miracle.

11- It contains omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids that are beneficial for cardiovascular health.
I have scanned the benefits of quinoa I mentioned above from articles published in recent years. . As you can see, quinoa is a food that is beneficial for health. It does not have a direct effect on weight loss. However, with its filling effect, fibrous structure and protein content, it can help in weight loss when it becomes a part of the daily diet. You can do everything you do with bulgur in your kitchen with quinoa.
