Articulation and Phonological Disorder
Articulation occurs when sounds cannot be produced sufficiently or at all during speech production or the use of another phoneme instead. We define it as a disorder. Autism and Language Therapy
Regarding speech delay < The idea that "one should wait until the age of 4" is a rule that applies to children who do not have additional disabilities. If a child has an auditory, mental, physical or behavioral problem, language and speech therapy should be started as early as possible.
The most important problem encountered in autism is the social communication of the autistic individual. Unfortunately, language delay in children with autism is sometimes neglected by families and sometimes by experts. Starting speech and language therapy late leads to a decrease in the child's possible language gain. Language and speech therapists use scientifically based practices developed in the field when working with individuals with autism.
Language and Speech Disorders Due to Hearing Loss.
Language development; The diagnosis of hearing loss, which has a positive relationship between them, depends on the device and the age of starting education. It gets worse. Although early diagnosis of hearing loss is not sufficient on its own, it is a very important step in achieving successful results in children with hearing loss. Following early diagnosis of hearing loss, restoring inadequate auditory input to the auditory system with a (re)habilitation program reduces the negative effects of hearing loss. In order to obtain more successful results in the development of children with hearing loss, a hearing screening should be performed within one month at the latest, and those who cannot pass the screening should be subjected to a comprehensive audiological evaluation within three months. Within six months, a suitable hearing aid must be fitted and the patient must be included in a (re)habilitation program.

Aphasia and Speech Therapy
Aphasia usually occurs as a result of stroke or trauma. If the damage caused by these events occurs in the left lobe of the brain, in the language section, language skills are lost. Apart from trauma, a brain tumor or infection can cause aphasia. Language therapy in aphasia occurs by introducing stimuli within a difficulty hierarchy to the language or cognition mode where performance is poor, stimulating the brain, and transferring what has been learned to real life. The aim of therapy should be to try to reconstruct and organize the language that the individual has acquired and lost through treatment and education, and to repair the language in life, not in a clinical room.
