People make decisions with their consciousness, reason, find reasons, make plans, know what is most beneficial, but if the subconscious does not consent, there is nothing the consciousness can do, the power is in the subconscious. Even the strongest will cannot defeat the subconscious. Habits will continue unless the subconscious itself changes. The subconscious works as it is programmed. It works the same as whatever program is installed. If a child is criticized a lot when he is young, saying "you can't do it anyway, you can't do it, you mess up, you do everything wrong", he will be programmed for failure when he grows up. If the idea is engraved in the subconscious, no matter how much the conscious wants, the idea will not change unless the subconscious changes. This idea controls subsequent ideas. If preconceived ideas are wrong, which they often are, they do not match that person's reality. But the subconscious cannot know this, therefore the established idea there is its correct one.
This incorrect programming is completed by the age of approximately 10. False beliefs, creeds, bigoted ideas, wrong perceptions, and obsessive ideas are placed in the subconscious. We do whatever the subconscious wants, the subconscious believes everything that is said, there is a chance to be reprogrammed, there is a chance to place new ideas there.
Functions of the subconscious.
1- The subconscious is the memory bank: it accumulates enormous information. It has the power: Everything perceived with the 5 senses is recorded and stored.
2- It controls the automatic processes of the body: Breathing, digestion, blood circulation, heartbeat. Tension and stress slow down and disrupt these processes, and physical problems arise.
3- The subconscious is the producer and storer of emotions: Those who control emotions dominate the mind, emotions manage desires, and desires manage our behavior. A person who cannot control his emotions is a prisoner of his subconscious and lives automatically. The subconscious has no power to distinguish between right and wrong. It accepts everything said as true.
4- The subconscious is where dreams occur: Children see vivid dreams. As they grow up, they become afraid of dreaming due to the influence of painful events. They produce stereotypical dreams about the future and see the negativities. The result of dreaming of failure is failure. Your imagination can make you successful and successful in life It can also ruin yours. How you tend to feel in your dreams will develop in your life accordingly. If you learn to control your imagination, you will benefit from it successfully.
5- The subconscious creates and maintains habits: Many of our daily actions are automatic. When you learn an action, it belongs to your subconscious. Driving, playing football, swimming. After learning these things, our conscious mind becomes disabled.
6- It is the dynamo that manages our subconscious energy: Internal energy is needed to manage our life and achieve our goals. The subconscious creates and uses this energy. If consciousness does not direct this energy, the use of energy is left to events and chance, and we live by chance. The subconscious uses this energy towards a goal. If there is no goal defined by the consciousness, the subconscious goes towards the goals it knows or sees the goals of others as its own. The subconscious does not think, it reacts to thoughts. Consciousness should be the boss, subconscious the servant. In some situations, we feel depleted of energy. In fact, there is the same level of energy in the subconscious, but emotions such as negative emotions, anger, fear, guilt absorb this energy, the energy is the same but its direction is distorted.
The subconscious is looking for a goal, so it asks the consciousness for guidance, you can direct it to the goal, success, health, happiness, forgiveness of ourselves and others, acceptance of reality as it is, everything that is desired. Even if the person consciously forgets which order he gave, the subconscious mind does not forget.
