When Do We Know We Need Psychotherapy?

I know when to see a psychologist. Should I go to a psychologist? You may be asking yourself such questions, or you may see people asking these questions around you. Psychology was discovered later than other fields, and even the need for a psychologist and its normalization process still continues today. I see people blaming themselves for going to a psychologist because I wonder if it's me. But doesn't my going to a psychologist also show that we are actually more aware than others? At the same time, we are looking for solutions.

When working with children, finding solutions to problems in the early period will always prevent the problem from becoming ossified. It will accelerate our path. If there is a point in your child that you would like to take to a psychologist, seek professional support without neglecting it. Because sometimes there can be very deep meanings under seemingly mild situations.

I would like to talk about the processes in which adults realize that they need to go to therapy for themselves and their environment.

  • If the function of your life is impaired (actually easy tasks) If you find it very difficult to do your responsibilities, if you are unable to do your job.)

  • If you don't enjoy anything as before (even doing your hobbies, you don't feel like doing your own life energy)

  • If you think over and over again about what happened in the past, if you are worried about the future

  • If you feel tired and sore all the time for no physical reasons

  • If you have a broken relationship with people and isolate yourself from others

  • Your appetite or not at all if you don't have it or if you have started to eat uncontrollably

  • If you can't get out of deep pessimistic feelings and thoughts

  • If you've experienced loss or trauma /p>

  • Don't wait for the right time to work out all these feelings and thoughts because life is constantly flowing like driving on the highway...
