As healthy individuals, we want: "There should be no anxiety, worries, worries, delusions, anger, impulsiveness, indecision, procrastination, emotionality... in our lives."
Similarly, patients in the recovery period and their relatives. They also want a complete life with "zero problems". While the OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) patient, who is partially relieved, wishes "my obsessions will never remain", the panic disorder patient wishes "I will never have a panic attack, my anxiety will disappear". On the other hand, the family of the child who has a manic attack says "he should never get angry or give sudden reactions" and they think that "a child who is always calm is better."
Can these expectations be achieved? And are these expectations compatible with reality? Every healthy individual has some "anxiety, anxiety, delusion, anger..." and thus, the person achieves success in the struggle of life. A student who is not worried does not prepare for the exam, a person who is not worried does not take precautions, a person who is not worried does not repeat it even once (does not check the door), a victim who is not angry does not seek his/her rights.
What I mean is firstly the patient and their relatives, and then the healthy individuals. is that; Some negative emotions, thoughts and behaviors, at a level that cannot be diagnosed as a disease, are present in our lives "if only a little bit!" It is good (if every person has it as much as he should have). These add meaning to your life, even though we may not realize it.
