So, what happens if there is a problem in the small muscle groups we call fine motor?
The place of our hands in our lives is very important. Our hands constitute a large part of our ability to do things for ourselves. For this reason, our fine motor skills, which have been inherited since childhood, are supported by our hands. A child with a problem in the fine motor system has difficulty in holding a pencil, writing, drawing, in short, using his hands and fingers in a coordinated manner. In addition, gross and fine motor skills are acquired much more slowly than gross motor skills. For example, if a child whose fine motor skills are not developed is given paper and pencil to draw, the child will not only get bored but also get tired very quickly because this skill is not developed and cannot achieve the desired success.
