If we were to give a general definition of hair transplantation; It is the process of transferring the hair follicles resistant to loss taken from the chest, beard and especially the nape area of ​​the body to the area where there is hair deficiency. People between the ages of 20 and 60 are suitable candidates for hair transplantation. It is sufficient for the person to be transplanted to allocate a period of 3 days before and after the operation. Although it varies depending on the amount of roots needed, the planting time is approximately 6-8 hours. On the day of the operation, it is recommended to come to the health center after taking a bath and washing your hair before the operation. Blood thinners such as aspirin should not be taken until one week before the operation.

         It can be defined as the process of transplanting hair follicles that are resistant to loss, taken from a certain area such as the neck, beard and chest, to the area where hair loss occurs. In FUE hair transplantation; Healthy hair follicles are taken one by one with FUE micro motors from the designated area on the nape of the neck and kept in special solutions for a while. Hair follicles; It is transferred to the area where there is hair loss, to channels opened in accordance with the natural direction of hair growth. When determining the front hairline, care must be taken to ensure that it is symmetrical, harmonious and natural. The front hairline should be compatible with the person's face shape and anatomical structure. In FUE hair transplantation, thanks to the special techniques used, there are no cuts, stitches or any scars on the skin. In FUE hair transplantation performed under Painless Anesthesia and Local anesthesia, the patient does not feel any pain during or after the operation. The materials to be used during hair transplantation are individually selected and prepared in accordance with the thickness, length and number of hair follicles. Hair follicles will be removed The donor area and the area where the hair will be transplanted are determined. Both areas are anesthetized. After the anesthesia process, hair follicles are taken one by one from the donor area with FUE micro motors and kept in special solutions. Then, channels are opened for the hair follicles in the area where the hair will be transplanted. Hair follicles kept in solutions are placed carefully and one by one into the channels opened for transplantation. After the hair transplantation procedure is completed, PRP is applied to the patient's scalp to support the hair follicles. Medications are prescribed before the operation to accelerate wound healing and prevent the development of infection.

After hair transplantation, the transplanted area is not covered. The area where the hair follicles were taken is dressed and closed. The dressing is removed under your control on the 2nd day after transplantation. After 2 days, the first washing is done in our clinic. Transplanted hair starts to fall out after approximately 1 month. Then, the transplanted hair follicles begin to grow and grow again. This process is completed in approximately 6 months-1 year.

WHAT IS HAIR TRANSPLANTATION WITH THE DHI METHOD?

         In the DHI Hair Transplantation (Direct Hairimplantation) Method, channel opening is Except for the first step, normal hair transplantation steps are followed. Since there is no grooving process in the DHI method, the transplantation of the prepared hair follicles begins without waiting. The extracted hair follicles are placed into pens called Choi and transplanted.

        When placing hair follicles in the area to be transplanted, the natural direction of hair growth and the natural hairline must be taken into consideration. DHI hair transplantation process takes approximately 8-12 hours. As in the Fue method, washing begins on the second day after transplantation and continues for 8-10 days.
