Hello everyone. These days when the weather is slowly getting warmer, I would like to share a few drink recipes with you because they are both practical and healthy.
What is a smoothie? In short, we can call it the name given to beverages made with various ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, grains, yoghurt and nuts and that help you directly meet your protein, mineral, carbohydrate and vitamin needs. Of course, whether to consume or not is entirely up to your choice. If you wish, you can consume your fruits and vegetables fresh and have a nice snack by eating yoghurt and some almonds. Let's include those who say "I'm bored of classic snacks, I want to try some different tastes" in this week's article. Bon appetit now for these recipes that will be the crowning glory of your snacks.

Preferably, remove the skins of the red beets that you have previously boiled, or peel them thinly. Chop into small pieces. Wash the strawberries in plenty of water, remove the ends, and cut them in half. Strain the water from the yoghurt. Peel the fresh ginger thinly and cut it into small pieces. Remove the parsley leaves one by one. Put the yoghurt, parsley leaves, lemon juice, red beet, strawberry and ginger pieces into the blender bowl. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they become liquid and smooth. Serve without waiting.
Banana Smoothie
1 glass of milk
1/2 banana (60 grams)
3 dates
2 whole walnuts

Chop the dates you have pitted into small cubes. Slice the peeled banana. Break the walnut into small pieces. Put the milk, oat bran, banana, dates and whole walnut pieces into the blender bowl. Pulse all the ingredients until you get a thick consistency. Your drink is ready.
