This type of detox is a liquid-based nutrition program in which even solid foods are consumed in liquid form. The duration of this diet is not very long-lasting. It is recommended to do it for a maximum of 3 days.

Day 1

Morning

3 celery stalks +1 cucumber+2 kale leaves+1 peeled lemon+1 green apple+1 thumb tip ginger+1 pinch of fennel
