With these features, understanding whether it is a human or a carnivore by just looking at the digestive system requires quite different knowledge and equipment.
This is because, instead of being noticed and addressed as these accumulate, feeding on agriculture and agricultural products for a long time is seen as the only desperate way to meet the nutritional needs and feed the large masses, rather than a coincidence or a random choice. Since the age of empires and the transition to community life, human beings have preferred settled life to nomadic life, and have wanted to be satisfied wherever they are and to guarantee nutrition in order to continue their lives. For this reason, the demand and need for agricultural products has increased, and the fact that they are easier and less costly has constantly fed this trend.
This diet caused partial problems in the beginning, however. Since these exceptional problems have not reached the point where they change the rule, they have not even been seen as a problem, but human life and longevity have not been greatly affected by this. Although the available documents are limited, it is not a coincidence that the examinations made on the bone thickness of the fossils of our ancestors, called Neanderthals, seem to be far ahead of us in terms of health - even though they did not use vitamins, toothpaste and brushes, or food additives like us.
Today, it is not a coincidence. In addition, encountering many foods that have been refined, synthetically produced, and added to an object that is very different from its natural place has made this situation more difficult to understand and caused us to get stuck in the information pollution of many concepts.
Considering all these, permanent changes have been made in the diet, according to the latest data analyzed in the light of subsequent scientific studies, and with this arrangement, a solution plan has been made without the use of drug therapy. Allergy tests, which are based on the principle of cutting out foods that form antibodies in their bodies and intestines, have begun to be used for the purpose of regulating people's individual nutrition.
