-) OPTIMISM: It is a positive and constructive perspective on life. So we take the good parts and the positive energizing parts of what happens to us in life and our own character. In this way, we look at life more motivated and optimistic. If we look at the optimistic side, our ambition and interventionist side towards life is increasing. If we are pessimistic, it means we have lost from the very beginning. Optimism means 'I can still stand tall in a life full of pain'. Optimistic people are stronger and encounter less psychologically problematic events. And they are much more successful in coping with the problems they encounter.
-) USEFUL HABITS: I am talking about habits that benefit the person, improve the person, and contribute to his health and psychology. For example, the first of these is diet. Having a good diet prevents us from suffering both psychologically and physically. It improves our quality of life. The second is to do sports. It will increase your motivation, improve your health and quality of life as it will keep you moving. The third is to sleep early. It will have a direct impact on your mental health. You will have more energy earlier in the day. So you can do the hard work early in the morning. The fourth beneficial habit is socializing. Because we have an ultra-social structure. As humans, we do not live individually. We live in community. Since our social relations are very strong, socializing is very important and beneficial.
-) DEEP BELIEF IN THEMSELVES: If a person has a deep belief in himself, he will have faith in himself and the energy to fight against difficulties despite all the negativities, difficult situations and the worst conditions. He continues to find it within himself. Because that person truly believes in himself and is sure of the outcome. He doesn't just know how the process works, but he is sure how the process will happen. So how do we believe deeply in ourselves? It is something that can be acquired through negative experiences in the most difficult times. Self-confidence is developed in life and this belief is reinforced in life. You should carefully explore how you perform in difficult times. All of these will determine your beliefs. If you truly have faith, it will become stronger and stronger and will grow. Every negativity is a means to improve self-confidence.
-) SELF-ESTEEM: A person who respects himself and loves himself will want to improve himself and wants to live the best life for himself and live a quality life. They are people who do not respect themselves, are lazy, do not treat themselves well, acquire bad habits and reduce their quality of life. In this respect, self-esteem is a golden condition for self-confidence. The biggest benefit of self-confidence is that it increases the quality of life. It forces you to develop and helps you progress at various points. There is no self-confidence without self-esteem. A person with a truly high degree of self-esteem does not eat bad food, does not dress badly and improves himself.
-) LEAVING THE COMFORT ZONE: Many people do not open themselves to the real experiences of life and do not take risks because they are stuck in their comfort zone. He's not trying to live life. He is stuck in his own comfort zone, where he feels comfortable and good. But even if the comfort zone makes you feel comfortable, it is a prison that prevents you from developing. To get out of that prison, you have to take risks and open yourself to the negative aspects of life. People who are too stuck in their comfort zone are people who are too vulnerable to life and avoid the negative aspects of life. Because he does not have the experience to deal with negative experiences. That's why, in their opinion, the best option is to lock yourself up in prison. Such a life cannot be lived and self-confidence cannot be built. The best self-confidence is built by facing negative experiences and negative situations. The best way to get out of your comfort zone is to throw yourself directly into life. You take risks by trying new things, taking various risks, and exploring hobbies. You get out of your comfort zone and discover your own potential. And the most important thing you learn is how unimportant and worthless many of the things you have made a big deal about in your mind actually are. Stop being afraid and dive into the outside world. Enjoy the moment.
-) HOBBIES AND INTERESTS: With our hobbies, we can see what we like and don't like, how much we can and cannot do. As we become good at something, our self-confidence increases because we will be successful in that subject. We can understand what we like and don't like through our interests. In this way, we can discover our own character and develop the potential to cope with the stress in our lives. We determine ours. Our common topics in our human relationships are hobbies and interests. Areas of interest are points that create a certain culture that brings people together and makes them do things together. And we find ourselves in this culture. We develop our character and self-confidence. People who have no hobbies or interests have no place to escape when they are overwhelmed. And they become psychologically depressed. It is always better if we are interested in many kinds of hobbies at the same time. You become more inclined to do many things. Your basic skills, practical intelligence and abilities develop more. They make you who you are and the more areas you deal with, the more your self-confidence will develop.
-) REFERENCE EXPERIENCES: These are the negative experiences you have had in life. If we see negative events as giving us experience, we will not be affected by the negativities much. If we see what and how we failed in life, it comes back to us as the experience we add to help us learn from our mistakes. A person may be shocked when he encounters events for the first time and does not know what to do and how. That's why reference experiences are very important. If we have experienced an event in the past and received negative results, this time we can know what to do against it and we will become better at solving it.
