Acne and Pain in External Organs

The most common causes of bumps that can be defined as acne on the external genital organs are as follows:

Inflammation of the hair follicle: Bacteria on the skin are the cause. Antibiotics and drainage of the abscess are required.

Condylomas: HPV virus is the causative agent. They generally have a pointed-sharp cornered structure. They can spread quickly. They can also settle in the cervix. Some types may be malignant. Local creams or solutions are used in mild lesions. In widespread lesions, surgical removal is appropriate. They are treated with a procedure called scalpel or LEEP.

Herpes rash: Herpes virus Type II is the causative agent. It is in the form of very painful fluid-filled blisters. They are treated with topical creams or oral pills.

A significant portion of these diseases are contagious. Sexual intercourse is the most important cause of transmission. Apart from this, unhygienic environments such as pools and bathrooms and the use of common items can also be considered as reasons.
