There are at least 16 types of Collagen. The most common are 5 main types.

The amino acids glycine and proline found in our body combine to produce collagen. Vitamin C is required in this process.
Vitamin C: Found in citrus fruits, strawberries and bell peppers.

Glycine: Found in large amounts in pork skin, chicken skin and gelatin.
