Hello everyone. In this article, I will discuss the subject of "motivation" with suggestions from many people. How do we get motivated? Biologically, our hormones that motivate us begin to activate from the moment we wake up in the morning. The hormone secreted due to stress is one of our main sources of motivation that motivates us for what we do during the day. The reason for this is that we need to be triggered for what we will do, and we can achieve this motivation thanks to the hormone secreted when we are stressed at a "normal level". Too much of this situation increases our level of anxiety, while too little of it provides too much comfort and causes us to postpone the things we need to do. So how can we control this?

A healthy sleep is the basis of starting the day well. While our body rests in sleep, it is very important that our soul can also rest.

Weekly planning is a way to increase your motivation and make your work easier. Even if you are tired and reluctant, your instinct to make it happen within your planning will motivate you and you will feel good as you start doing it. This will increase your internal motivation.

Making new plans by thinking about your goals, which were difficult for you at first but later achieved, and setting achievable goals will increase your motivation in terms of believing in yourself.
