As the time spent staying at home increased, the frequency of going in and out of the kitchen began to increase. Being at home with all family members and boredom are the most important factors that trigger eating. The day starts with morning and dinner preparations and continues in the afternoon with questions about what to eat now, and during this period, cakes, pastries, fried foods and desserts with the ingredients at home suddenly appear on your table.
Cabinet doors that open every time you go to the kitchen are never closed empty-handed. Sometimes you decide on cheese and bread, sometimes on ready-made cake, and sometimes on nuts. So, is it because you're really hungry, or is it just boredom? I'm sorry that whatever you eat unconsciously, no matter what you eat, will not relieve your boredom. It only allows you to distract your mouth for a short time, which is not a permanent solution.
In this case, you actually have more than one option. You can create hobby alternatives for yourself at home. Unfortunately, there are very few individuals among us who have hobbies. But neither age nor going out is important to pick up a hobby. Now, thanks to technology, you can easily obtain materials for a hobby you are interested in and you can learn hobbies with various videos. Remember the days when you said there were so many things I wanted to do or so many books I wanted to read? Maybe now is the time to start a new book. Instead of suppressing your boredom with food, you can choose an activity that will truly give you pleasure and will not cause you any regrets. If changing your eating habits is very difficult, you should consider working with a dietitian to correct your poor nutritional status.
Come on, think about it. Are you in the more depressive group who devotes themselves to food and then gets disturbed by what they eat, feeling worse and worse? Or are you in a group that cares about itself and its health? This group both strengthens the immune system and turns this process into an advantage to reach its ideal weight. So, when the process is over, there are two different groups that will leave the house; Those who eat and gain weight by eating and those who regulate their nutrition and reach their ideal weight. The decision is yours, of course. As a different group, if you are one of those who say that eating and maintaining my weight is enough for me, you can at least spend the time you spend in the kitchen on cooking healthy meals or dieting. You can try coloring your recipe with different recipes. There is no ban, there are just healthy alternatives to foods we consider unhealthy. So what can we do? We wanted to share a few healthy recipes from Diet Time kitchen with you this week.
