Posture disorder is defined as deviation of the posture of the spine from normal. When we look from the side in a normal posture, there is a slight hump on our back (kyphosis) and a slight concavity in our waist (lordosis). Increasing or decreasing these curvatures can lead to poor posture and pain. In addition, the curvature of the spine when viewed from the front and back is called scoliosis. There should be no scoliosis in normal posture.
