Our Deepening Health Problem

Our health, which we fail to notice and always neglect in the daily rush of the world. In our country, the age of incidence of increasingly increasing insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and obesity has decreased to 20s.

The world's largest health expenditure is made for the treatment of the consequences of these diseases.
USA. The 1-year treatment cost of obesity alone in Turkey was 100 billion dollars 10 years ago.

Our people are not yet aware of the health risks that these diseases will bring in the future.
Obesity, which should be considered an insidious disease, has psychological problems such as smoking addiction. It is a result of food addiction....
This huge problem of ours, which gradually reduces our quality of life, shortens our lives and makes us inefficient, should be seriously discussed by our Ministry of Health.
Our physicians should not prescribe weight gain drugs unless absolutely necessary.
I feel sad when I see Vitamin B12 pills and injections prescribed for one reason or another, without considering their weight, in the medicine bags of many diabetic patients who come to us for treatment.
The worst part is that in our country, middle-aged people do not complain about their excess weight.
There are many people who are poor enough to say, "Doctor, give me my medicine and I'll go, don't worry about my weight."

Another problem is Food Additives,
There was a generation that lived a completely natural life for up to 50-100 years and deserved it by working physically for what they ate. There was not such a dense patient population in hospitals. Flavor enhancers etc. that trigger Obesity, Diabetes and Insulin Resistance in the bread and bakery products we eat now, as well as in processed food products and desserts. The use of many food additives further increases our burden. So, is there no solution to this problem?
In our opinion, some solution suggestions are;

1 Obesity polyclinics should be opened,
2 Joint training workshops should be held with the Ministry of National Education and Youth and Sports,
3 Courses should be given to Family Physicians. 4 The process leading to obesity and insulin resistance should be constantly covered on TV, and films giving subconscious messages should be made. 6 Smart and practical k nutrition programs should be developed. Healthy Living Centers should be opened in 7 countries, and 8 Smart Sports Exercise programs should be widely implemented.
Our society has a hard time adapting to change. For this, thousands of sports trainers should be trained and training should be given to middle-aged adults to have small sports snacks of one to two minutes, three to five minutes, spread over 24 hours. These brief but continuous sports exercises, lasting up to 1 hour in total, should be turned into a lifestyle throughout the day.
