Social media also significantly affects our mental health. Individuals now prefer to chat on social media instead of meeting and spending time together to socialize. While this virtual reality offers people unlimited freedom, it also causes people to minimize their expression of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships.
If we cannot draw the boundaries between reality and virtual reality, this will also lead to identity crisis and depression. We should control the time we spend on social media and make sure that this habit does not turn into addiction.
