Let's explain this a little bit; If you try to carry too many spiritual, physical, spiritual burdens in your life, or if you take on burdens that are opposite to yours with a limited ego, your body will start to warn you and then stop you with a panic attack. After a panic attack, you throw off many burdens by using the panic attack as an excuse or because of fear.

****If you try harder with medication support while you still have the burdens to throw off, the medication will be insufficient and your symptoms will disappear. will cause fire. Therefore, psychotherapy studies should be carried out without or in addition to drug treatment. In correctly selected cases, drug treatment is necessary, but it should not be applied alone.

Psychotherapy is performed for supportive, behavioral or awareness-raising purposes. The personality structure that puts the person in a difficult situation and prevents them from saying no is changed, burdensome attributions and false beliefs are changed, mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques can be added.

With the right psychotherapy and life changes, panic attacks are a problem that can be completely corrected.
