It can be done on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, but it is not suitable for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (see Tirmidhi, Tıb, 12; Abu Dawud, Tıb, 5). Application:
Hacama, which has gained popularity lately with many famous names having it done, can be your nightmare in non-expert hands. The application must be performed by a specialist. Stay away from under-the-counter applications and do not get sick while looking for a cure. The cupping practitioner first evaluates the person to be treated, questions their illnesses and whether they have had it done before, and decides whether it should be done or not. Afterwards, the area to be treated is determined and the area is cleaned and made hygienic against any infection. Then, glass cups or ready-made vacuum cups are used to vacuum the area to be applied and hold the skin (the pressure to be applied varies depending on the person and their sensitivity, if they are not experienced, problems may occur), it is waited for about 5 minutes and the blood is allowed to move towards the skin surface. Afterwards, the vacuumed cups are pulled out one by one and an appropriate amount of incision is made by the specialist with a scalpel, and the cup is vacuumed to that area again and blood flow is ensured. This process is done for each vacuumed cup. When the blood flow is interrupted (approximately 10-15 minutes), the cups are removed with the blood and thrown away, and the incisions are covered with previously prepared wound pads.
