POSTURE DISORDERS

Posture is the language of the body. Working in harmony with all the structures in our body allows us to have proper posture. The harmony of our muscles, ligaments, circulatory system and organs is very important for proper and healthy posture. We can make correct exercise planning with correct posture analysis. Correct posture brings about the effective functioning of our organs, a healthy mental state, increased fatigue tolerance, improved circulation and improved breathing.

SCOLIOSIS

Scoliosis is simply a curvature of the spine. In order to create a correct exercise program for scoliosis, the cause of scoliosis must be thoroughly investigated. Scoliosis is not just a result of muscle imbalance, weakness or tension. There is a belief that the cause of scoliosis is unknown. For a good evaluation of scoliosis, cranial (head) bones, iliopsoas muscle, diaphragm, muscle imbalances and organ functions must be evaluated well. Visual impairments should also be questioned in scoliosis. Finding the real cause of scoliosis brings us closer to our goal. With correct exercise planning, we have the chance to get rid of scoliosis without surgery.

FIBROMYALGIA

Fibromyalgia is a problem that manifests itself with common body pain, especially back pain. It is known that the cause is unknown and it is thought to be related to stress. But fibromyalgia is a rheumatic disease. Decreased resistance of the autoimmune system (immune system) may cause fibromyalgia. This is the system that starts from the mouth and ends in the intestines. Therefore, a good clinical history should be taken.

Fascia (membranes in the body) are the places where the most toxic accumulation occurs. Toxic accumulations here can trigger fibromyalgia. It is possible to get rid of fibromyalgia by adjusting the patients' eating habits and appropriate exercise programming.

NERVE MOBILIZATION TECHNIQUES

Our nerves, which extend from the spine to the farthest points of our arms and legs, continue their way by passing through a number of channels. For example, the nerves coming out of the spine come out of the spinal canals. Narrowing of these channels is called spinal stenosis. It is useful to use nerve mobilization techniques before deciding on stenosis surgery. In the future If it is not severe, stenotic nerve movement can be achieved. Thanks to these mobilization techniques, we can get rid of complaints such as pain, numbness and tingling in the arms and legs.

MANUAL THERAPY

It is a healing method applied only with hands. Attempts are made to overcome the limitations in the musculoskeletal system through soft tissue and joint mobilizations and manipulations. It opens the limitations and tries to achieve optimal joint movement.

• Waist, neck and back problems

• Muscle tensions

• Frozen shoulder

• Hip, knee and ankle problems

• Heel spur

• Shoulder, elbow and wrist problems

• Hip and knee problems

• Prevention of postoperative adhesions
