IS HYMEN SUITTING UNDERSTANDABLE?
The hymen can be repaired by suturing it. It does not matter when the hymen is torn and there will be bleeding with intercourse after the repair. Hymenoplasty is performed with a permanent technique, also called the flap removal method, and after this procedure, the hymen regains its former, unruptured state. It is absolutely impossible to understand before or after intercourse that the hymen has been stitched. It can only be understood during a specialist examination.
Is it important when the hymen is torn and the number of intercourses? It does not matter when or when the hymen is torn. Even in women who have given birth, the hymen can be repaired by stitching.
HYMEN PLANTING AND TYPES
1. TEMPORARY SUITTING;
< br /> It can usually be done 7-10 days before the wedding at the earliest. Here, the previously torn hymen is repaired. The torn parts are brought together again and stitched again. If there is no union in a short time, the threads used are skin colored and will be absorbed on their own in about 20 days. The hymen returns to its previous state due to its structure as mentioned before. Therefore, if sexual intercourse will take place after a long time, permanent hymen stitching is recommended. The stitches are usually placed in a way that they cannot be seen from the outside.
2. PERMANENT SUITTING;
This is done by experts in the field by creating a new hymen from the vaginal tissue. Bleeding occurs when intercourse occurs even after months or even years. Paying attention to hygiene minimizes possible complications.
Normal life can be resumed shortly after the operations. There is no need for bed rest. Antibiotics and painkillers deemed appropriate by the doctor, local antispray and pomade if necessary should be used for a week, and then a check-up should be performed. In the meantime, no coercive movements should be made, and the vaginal entrance should not be tampered with in any way. Hymenoplasty is a generally safe surgery with rare complications. Even if very mild burning, swelling, and edema occur, they disappear within a few days, and there is not much pain after the operation.
If general If it is performed with anesthesia, the patient can go home within 1 hour at the latest and does not need to be hospitalized. He can continue his normal life. If it is to be done with general anesthesia, you should not drink or eat, including water, for at least 4-5 hours. Smoking should also not be smoked. Otherwise, food eaten or drunk while asleep under the influence of anesthesia may leak into the patient's lungs and cause serious life-threatening complications. Eating can be done approximately 20 - 30 minutes after the operation.
However, if the procedure will be performed under local anesthesia, there is no need to be hungry. It is done by injecting the anesthetic substance into the entrance of the hymen and vagina. The person only feels the first prick of the needle during anesthesia and does not feel any pain afterwards. The patient is awake during the procedure. The procedure is kept strictly confidential and your patient privacy is taken care of. This is absolutely your choice and nobody else's business. But finally, of course, my advice is to not build your marriage on lies, if possible. However, despite everything, if you are at the point of telling the truth and losing your life or the man you are madly in love with and you have no other option, of course we need to help you in every way. >
We perform hymen stitching with the permanent technique we call the flap lift method. Timing is not important in hymen repair performed with this method. The hymen will return to its pre-rupture state. It is much more successful than a simple repair done 5-10 days before marriage. It is the method we prefer most often
HYMEN EXAMINATION and REPORT
Although it is difficult and frightening for patients, hymen examination is similar to a normal gynecological examination. The patient is taken to the gynecological table and the small lips, which we call the labium minus, are opened and the hymen is examined. Sometimes the physician may hold the labia minora with gauze to prevent slipping. The labia majora may be pulled to the sides and outwards. In this way, the hymen can be seen clearly. Sometimes the hymen may be further inside. In this case, the patient is forced to try to make the hymen more visible. There is no pain or discomfort during all these procedures. It is done by a medical expert, but reporting or putting the examination results in writing can only be done by a forensic medicine expert and with a letter received from the prosecutor's office. The gynecologist can verbally inform the person being examined about the situation and, if the person being examined has consent and permission, to those around him/her. It is valid for the moment the report is given, the person can have intercourse and lose their virginity after the examination, it is not valid for the time after the report is given. It is a very thin membrane that covers it. It is impossible for it to be completely closed, at least menstrual blood will flow from there. The hymen gap is very small in some people and relatively wide in others. Some hymens are quite thick, some are thin. However, since the hymen is an elastic tissue, the gap in the membrane can widen with muscle relaxation or force from the penis. If the gap widens due to the force of the penis, this causes some bleeding and temporary pain, but the vagina itself does not suffer any damage
NO BLEEDING
In our culture, the absence of bleeding during the first sexual intercourse and in some other cultures it is considered proof that the woman is not a virgin. This is a huge mistake. The anatomical structure of every woman is different, and in some women the hymen is so flexible that when the penis enters, and especially if the vaginal entrance area is sufficiently lubricated, the hymen remains without tearing. This condition may occur in one in every 100 young girls, or perhaps more. In some women, since the vascular structures on the hymen are very few, there may be no visible bleeding despite the membrane rupture. In some cases, the first sexual intercourse may not be achieved on the first try and the next few attempts. The most common reason for this is not the thickness of the hymen, as is thought. The most common reason is that the young woman does not feel ready for sexual intercourse. In this case, the woman will not relax herself, the strong muscles at the entrance of the vagina will remain contracted, and since there will not be enough lubrication in the vaginal entrance area, it will be difficult for the penis to overcome the muscle and hymen barrier at the entrance of the vagina. male b In such a situation, when he feels that the young woman is hurting, he will give up the initiative after a certain period of time. A rare cause is when the hymen is really thick. Some of the women who applied to the gynecology clinic because of "failure to have first intercourse" have failed to have successive sexual intercourse attempts and their examination shows that the hymen is really thick. Sometimes the torn hymen can expand from the hymen into the vagina. This condition, called "defloration bleeding" (defloration is a word meaning rupture of the hymen), almost always results from the man attempting sexual intercourse with "hard movements" at a time when foreplay is insufficient and the woman does not feel ready enough. In most cases, the man continued the attempt indifferently to the woman's pain, and the "tear" became larger than it should have been.
Normally, when the hymen is broken, the bleeding stops in half an hour at the latest. When a large tear occurs, there is either severe bleeding that starts immediately or bleeding that continues for a long time even after intercourse ends. After the location of the tear is determined during the gynecological examination, the tear is repaired with local anesthesia, or general anesthesia for large tears, and the bleeding is stopped.
If the amount of bleeding is not excessive and the bleeding that occurs during each intercourse is short-term, there is nothing to worry about. After the first intercourse, there is no point in avoiding intercourse for fear of bleeding. You can have intercourse as much as you want. If the bleeding is not excessive, there is no need to worry. Being able to give clearly means taking control of the foreplay phase. The man, on the other hand, should accept the nature of the woman, which is different from his own, and should take into consideration the fact that it takes longer for a woman to be ready for sexual intercourse than a man. In this first relationship, which can be a mirror of subsequent relationships, the man should do his best and be patient to help the woman relax and relax. WHERE SHOULD HYMEN SUITTING BE DONE?
The hymen is very important for our society, like many other countries. For this reason, the primary reason for preference should be that the procedure is successful, that it is under warranty, and especially that the physician has experience in this regard. Otherwise, unpleasant events that may occur can have a very negative impact on a young girl's life.
Of course, as much as the surgeon's experience, the patient's tissue structure, the care he will take to keep that area clean after the procedure, whether he complies with the doctor's instructions, the hygiene of the environment and the operation techniques. It is also important in this regard.
WHAT IS THE HYMEN?
It is a thin membrane approximately 1-2 cm inside the entrance of the vagina. Thin vascular and nerve tissue passes through it. It is partially less vascularized. Therefore, when it needs to be stitched later, it is difficult to hold the stitches for a long time. Since it also contains nerve tissue, a slight stinging sensation occurs when it is damaged.
Hymen has various shapes. Although rare, hymen is not present at birth in some genetic diseases. Sometimes the hymen may be completely closed. In this case, the young girl does not have a menstrual period for a long time, but groin pain and a feeling of fullness occur. During the examination when you go to the doctor, it is seen that the blood that cannot flow out during menstrual periods because the hymen is completely closed, accumulates inside, and a surgical procedure may be required to allow the blood to flow out (hymenotomy).
No. The rare structure of the hymen is usually noticed incidentally during gynecological examinations. This anatomical structure does not cause any harm to the person.
However, high-sided, hard-structured and septate membranes can cause difficulties in people during intercourse. The "problem of not being able to have sexual intercourse" called vaginismus may be due to structural (anatomical) reasons in the hymen, as well as psychological reasons.
For this reason, we recommend a general gynecological examination and hymen examination to young girls before getting married or having their first sexual experience.
WHY DO HYMEMEN VARY SO MUCH?
Just as each person's limbs are different, it is natural that there are many types of hymen. Even more different
