It is entirely up to you to diversify your foods (find recipes, blend different spices and vegetables), and eat according to your habits. Now you understand that detoxes and very low-calorie diets are useless. If that were the case, you wouldn't gain back the weight you lost.

If there are prohibitions in your program, throw that program away immediately. Because it's useless. After all, those chocolates and chips will be missed anyway. The diet is a mixture of all foods. Both vegetables, meat, chocolate and chips. The word diet should not be one-sided.
The best thing is to follow a nutrition program planned exactly for you, change your habits and keep them in your life. The thing that will help you the most is to do this with the help of an expert/dietitian.
