Diet Should Be Sustainable

The next thing you know, you lost 10 kilos in 2 months, the next thing you know, you haven't lost any weight in 5 months...

The end of both situations is; Either you become complacent and quit or you say you can't do it and quit. So wherever we look, it doesn't work, it doesn't work...

I would like to say that if we look at the diet as "paying the price", it won't happen. We will look at diet as a lifestyle. So the diet will be sustainable. You know; Are the diet-like programs that claim to help you lose 5 kilos in 1 week, the so-called diet and the ultra-positive results they promise, real?

NOT!

The diet will suit your life. When you think of diet, you won't think of "oh no". We will eat whatever we have at home. You won't have to worry about what to cook at any time. In short, we will call this Sustainable Nutrition.

What exactly is sustainable nutrition?

In fact, it is a separate event from diet. If we look at it only from a diet perspective, we would take a tiny grain of sand seriously, but there is a mountain behind it. Nutrients come to us from the soil, we must protect the soil. Food ripens and bears fruit with sunlight and air, we must protect the air. We have begun to feel the consequences of consumption as if it were an endless resource. As we consume, our Earth decreases. The world where we live will push us away from itself if it continues like this. It will do this by not giving us any more food or water.

In sustainable nutrition, foods grown in the region where the person lives will be consumed. In this way, the most suitable situation for the person's pocket will be provided. Of course, while doing these, seasonal foods will be consumed.

Let's protect our planet, let's do all the things I have listed for this, that is, what should be done. For example, let's not waste it. Let's just buy what we need and what is suitable. Otherwise, there will be neither food nor earth left to live and consume...

With health...
