Panic disorder affects many behaviors and attitudes from the moment it begins to settle into the person's psychological construct. Many people say that after having a panic attack, they do not feel as strong-willed and strong as before. In these people, behavior and thought patterns such as quick avoidance, quick reaction, and then self-blame or regret may occur due to increased fears and weakness against anger. These changes have a negative impact on people's relationships, especially with their relatives. When avoidance begins to develop, the person's life space narrows, general functionality deteriorates and self-confidence decreases. Due to developing phobias - such as vehicle phobia, public speaking phobia, airplane phobia - the person's work performance begins to be negatively affected. As the panic attack becomes permanent, its damaging effect on the person's will and confidence becomes evident; Feelings of dissociation and loneliness may become stronger and the possibility of falling into depression may increase. Due to permanent panic attacks, many people may fall into dramatic situations such as accepting goals below their potential, receiving help from people who are less than themselves, or falling under their influence. As panic disorder is experienced for a long time, it can begin to color the person's life in its own color.
